2. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on swissamber.ch. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.

3. Products

SwissAmber offers coffee and whiskey accessories. Products are described with the utmost care. Photos are non-contractual and may differ slightly from the actual product.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF) all taxes included. SwissAmber reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Order

The order is final after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer. SwissAmber reserves the right to cancel any order in case of supply problems or suspected fraud.

6. Payment

Payment is made online via the secure methods offered by Shopify. Banking data is not stored on our servers.

7. Delivery

Orders are shipped from our suppliers to the address indicated by the customer. Delivery times are indicative:

• Standard delivery in Switzerland: 5 to 14 business days
• International delivery: 7 to 21 business days

SwissAmber cannot be held responsible for delays due to carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have a period of 30 days from receipt of your order to return a product. The product must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product. Contact us at contact@swissamber.ch before any return. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

9. Legal Warranty

All our products benefit from the legal warranty against conformity defects in accordance with Swiss law. In case of a defective product, contact us at contact@swissamber.ch.

10. Liability

SwissAmber cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of its products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

11. Applicable Law

These GTC are subject to Swiss law. In case of dispute, the competent court will be that of Sion (Valais).
