What are the delivery times in Switzerland?

We ship within 24 business hours. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same day. Allow 24 to 48 hours for receipt in Switzerland via Swiss Post or DHL.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free for purchases over CHF 80 in Switzerland. Below this amount, shipping costs are CHF 6.90.

Are the products guaranteed?

All our products are guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects in accordance with Swiss legal warranty law. In case of any issue, please contact us at contact@swissamber.ch.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 30 days after receipt to return an unused item in its original packaging. The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in case of defect.

Can the products be given as gifts?

Absolutely. Every SwissAmber order is packaged in a premium gift box. You can also add a personalized message when placing your order.

How do I maintain my smoking kit?

Rinse the glass with warm water after each use. The stainless steel burner can be cleaned with a damp cloth. The wooden lid should be treated with a natural oil (linseed oil or beeswax) once a month.

Do you deliver outside Switzerland?

Yes, we deliver throughout Europe (3 to 5 days, CHF 14.90) and internationally (5 to 10 days, CHF 24.90). All shipments include a tracking number.
