At SwissAmber, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are committed to offering you a quick and simple solution.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item to us.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, returns must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories
• Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Non-Refundable Items

• Items used or damaged by the customer
• Items whose original packaging has been destroyed
• Promotional items clearly marked as non-refundable

Return Procedure

1. Contact us at contact@swissamber.ch with your order number and reason for return
2. We will confirm the return address within 48 hours
3. Ship the item carefully packaged
4. Keep your proof of shipment

Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Refund

Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 business days via the payment method used during the order.

Defective Product or Error

If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us immediately at contact@swissamber.ch. We will cover the return costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
